Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and War Room LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("War Room," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the War Room platform, including war-rooms.com, the War Room Chrome Extension, the Sweep Coins — Powered by War Room (iOS), the Sweep Coins — Powered by War Room (Android), and all associated APIs and services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, installing the extension, downloading the app, or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

War Room is a sweepstakes casino intelligence platform that provides:

• A curated database of verified US sweepstakes casino bonus opportunities.
• Daily bonus tracking, claim history, and countdown timers.
• Expected value (EV) estimates and operator intelligence.
• A Chrome browser extension for ambient bonus radar and site detection.
• iOS and Android mobile applications under the Sweep Coins — Powered by War Room brand.
• Tiered subscription access gated by clearance level (Unclassified, Confidential, Secret, Top Secret).

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.
• The Services are intended for users located in the United States.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in any sweepstakes casino promoted through our platform complies with the laws of your state or jurisdiction.
• We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users in jurisdictions where our Services or the underlying sweepstakes activities are prohibited by law.

To access most features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at privacy@war-rooms.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each user is permitted one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription restrictions or clearance gating is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts without refund.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor.
• All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to applicable sales tax.
• LemonSqueezy is the merchant of record. Their terms govern payment processing.

• Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's and Google's respective terms and refund policies.
• A web subscription grants access across all platforms — web app, Chrome extension, iOS, and Android — using the same account.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.
• We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

Refund requests within 7 days of initial subscription purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@war-rooms.com.

By using the Services, you agree that you will NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Services.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract data from the Services.
• Share your account credentials with any other person.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription gating, clearance tiers, or access controls.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Use the Services to develop a competing product or service.
• Publish or distribute our proprietary casino database, affiliate data, or EV research to any third party.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including the War Room platform, casino intelligence database, EV calculations, module architecture, brand assets, and all associated software — are the exclusive property of War Room LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, War Room grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.

• Casino operators listed on War Room operate independently. Their terms and bonus structures may change at any time without notice to us.
• War Room may earn affiliate commissions when you register at or visit a casino through our redirect links (go.war-rooms.com).
• You are solely responsible for your interactions with casino operators.
• EV estimates are based on publicly available information and are estimates only — actual results will vary.

Nothing on War Room constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. EV figures and income projections are estimates for informational purposes only.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF DATA.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WAR ROOM LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless War Room LLC and its members, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

War Room reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to access the Services immediately ceases.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado.

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@war-rooms.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice within the Services. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and War Room LLC.
• Severability — If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver — Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment — You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
• No Agency — Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
